Milan, 28 January 2019 - Cairo Communication announces the passing, on Saturday 26 January 2019 , of Antonio Magnocavallo , non - executive director of the Company . The Chairman and the entire Board of Dir ectors recall his outstanding qualities as a lawyer and the professionalism, integrity and loyalty expressed as director of Cairo Communication since 2000.
Mr . Magnocavallo had been elected from the list submitted by the shareholder U.T. Communications S.p.A. and was a member of the Control and Risk Committee.
