Re-opening of term pursuant to Article 38, paragraph 1, of the Regulation 14 may 1999, No. 11971

With reference to the voluntary exchange offer launched by Cairo Communication S.p.A. (“Cairo Communication”) on all of the ordinary shares of RCS MediaGroup S.p.A. on 28 May 2016 (the “Offer”), following the announcement issued on 6 May 2016on the suspension of the term of the proceeding, Cairo Communication announces that today CONSOB informed that the term for the approval of the Offer document will re-start starting from 21 May 2016, pursuant to Article 102, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree No. 58/98.
