Milano, 22 March 2012: Cairo Communication S.p.A. would like to inform that today has been published the notice of convocation of the General Shareholders' Meeting 2012 of the Company on the Company's website www.cairocommunication.it, on “Gazzetta Ufficiale”, on the Italian daily newspaper "Italia Oggi" and on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
Today, also the Report of the Board of Directors illustrating items on the agenda of the General meeting and the explanatory report of the Board of Directors on the proposal to buy back treasury shares have been made available to the public at the registered office, the Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company's website www.cairocommunication.it.
