Milan, April 14 2008: Cairo Communication S.p.A. announces that, as of April 14 2008, the only list of recommended candidates for the office of Statutory Auditor, for consideration at the April 28-29, 2008 Annual and Extraordinary Shareholders’ meeting, has been submitted by Cairo Communication S.p.A.’s majority shareholder UT Communications S.p.A..
