Notice is hereby given that the Financial Report for the year 2010, which includes the annual financial statements, the consolidated financial statements, the Directors’ Report on Operations, the Report on Corporate Governance and ownership structure, and the statement provided for by art. 154-bis, paragraph 5 of the Consolidated Finance Law, together with the Board of Auditors’ Report and the Audit Firm’s Report and with the documentation provided by law, has been filed at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and at the registered office of Cairo Communication S.p.A., and will be provided upon request. The foregoing documentation is also available on the Company’s website www.cairocommunication.it. The minutes of the Annual General Meeting will be filed at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and at the registered office of Cairo Communication S.p.A. and will be also made available on the Company’s website www.cairocommunication.it within the terms set by law.
