Filing of 2017 Annual Financial Report

Following approval by the Annual General Meeting held on 27 April 2018 of the 2017 financial statements, notice is hereby given that the 2017 Annual Financial Report of Cairo Communication S.p.A. (the “Company”), which includes the separate financial statements, the consolidated financial statements, the Directors’ Report, the statement under art. 154-bis, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 58/98, together with the Board of Statutory Auditors’ Report and the Audit Firm’s Report and the documentation provided for by law, has been filed at the Company’s registered office (and will be furnished upon request), at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., in the authorized storage mechanism “eMarket STORAGE” (www.emarketstorage.com), and is also available on the Company's website www.cairocommunication.it. The minutes of the foregoing Meeting will be made available to the public at the Company’s registered office and on the Company's website www.cairocommunication.it in accordance with the terms of law.
