Cairo Communication
Milan, January 28, 2010: Today, notice was given to the parties involved of the arbitration award concerning the dispute between Cairo Communication and Telepiù S.r.l. Under such judgement, Telepiù has been ordered to pay Cairo Communication the sum of €10.7 million and to refund approximately €0.6 million for the legal costs. The Board has also ordered Telepiù to pay for three quarters of the costs of the arbitration proceedings.
