Cairo Communication
Milan, 7 March 2005: Cairo Communication has reached an agreement with Smeraldo S.r.l. and Messrs Gianluigi Viganò, Angelo Baiguini and Giancarlo Ferrario to acquire 765,000 shares in the Dmail Group for 5,823,562 euros. This represents 10% of the share capital following a capital increase considered by the shareholders’ meeting of 25 January 2005.
