Milano, September 15th 2009: With reference to the article published today February 15th on the newspaper MF entitled “Cairo - Sky towards a 50Mln € peace” in which is reported, in connection to the final hearing of the arbitration proceeding held today, that “the parties are close to a settlement”, we clarify that - as of today - there have not been any contact between Cairo Communication and its opposing pary Telepiù Srl (controlled by Sky Italia Srl) in order to an amicable settlement of the dispute.
At the end of the hearing, the Arbitrators established February, 1st 2010 as deadline for the deposit of the arbitration award.
