Amendments to the corporate bylaws

Milan, 16 November 2010: Notice is given of filing for registration at the Company Register of Milan of the minutes of the resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors on 11 November 2010, harmonizing the text of the corporate bylaws to the legislative amendments, introducing the mandatory legal provisions, as per press release of 11 November 2010. The text of the minutes is available as from today on the Company's website www.cairocommunication.it.
