Milan, 26 April 2012: Following the approval by the Annual General Meeting held on 26 April 2012 of the 2011 financial statements, notice is hereby given that the 2011 Annual Financial Report, which includes the separate financial statements, the consolidated financial statements, the Directors’ Report, Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure Report and the statement under art. 154-bis, paragraph 5 of the Legislative Decree 58/1998, together with the Board of Auditors’ Report and the Audit Firm’s Report, and the documentation provided for by law, has been filed at the Company’s registered office and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and will be furnished upon request. The foregoing documentation is also available on the Company's website www.cairocommunication.it. The minutes of the foregoing Meeting will be made available to the public at the Company’s registered office and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and will be also made available on the Company's website www.cairocommunication.it in accordance with the terms of law.
